Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services & Mowing Standards
New Beginning Landscape & Remodel LLC provides professional landscaping, lawn care, and remodeling services for residential and commercial clients. All services are performed pursuant to approved estimates, quotes, or signed service agreements. Additional work outside the agreed scope must be authorized in writing.

2. Proposal Validity
All quotes are valid for seven (7) days from the date issued. Pricing and scheduling are subject to change after expiration.

3. Payments, Deposits & Card on File
A 75% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve and schedule any project unless stated otherwise in writing. Remaining balances are due immediately upon completion. Clients must maintain a valid card on file. Late payments incur an 18% service charge. A fuel surcharge may apply.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or skipped services without notice are billed at 100% of the service rate. Overgrown lawns may incur additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure access to the property, secure pets, and keep work areas clear of obstructions.

6. Warranty & Disclaimers
Plant materials are warranted for thirty (30) days under proper care. The company is not responsible for damage caused by neglect, vandalism, acts of nature, or third-party interference.

7. Liability & Damages
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded.

8. Irrigation & Watering
Clients should not water lawns the night before or day of service. The company is not responsible for third-party irrigation damage.

9. Property Damage Policy
Damage must be reported within 24 hours. Unauthorized repairs will not be reimbursed.

10. Photo & Media Use
Photos may be taken for documentation and marketing with consent.

11. Privacy & SMS Data Use
New Beginning Landscape & Remodel LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers. Clients may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

12. Lawn Service Policy
Recurring services may be weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or monthly as agreed. Missed visits due to inaccessible yards are charged in full.

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia with venue in Fulton County.

14. Service Overview
Each mowing visit includes mowing, trimming/edging, and power blowing. Additional fees may apply.

15. Contract Cancellation & Early Termination
Either party may terminate with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Early termination before completion of the twelve (12) month term results in a $250 early termination fee. This fee represents a reasonable estimate of administrative costs and is not a penalty.

16. Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (SMS Policy)
